Leading in our lingering search has been to re-read the immersive context of the site. We have moved in the cracks and displacements of extractive projections, in processes of un-knowing. To stay tentative instead of colonizing, now close to the departure from what was taken for granted. There the noise of our own voices and resumés have been of little significance.

Poetic fieldwork & site-specific installation
I entered a forgotten gap in the city—a polluted industrial site in Helsingborg—and listened to the life it held. I watched what unfolds when soil is left untended, imagining a warmer, harsher, more fragile future.
Here, I asked: how do we grieve the harm we’ve done—to ourselves, to each other, to the living world? And where does wildness persist? Where do birds, bees and butterflies find space? Where does soil breathe again? Perhaps it is here, in the city’s margins, that care, grief and connection quietly meet.

This work makes no distinction between the ocean and amniotic fluid. The work seeks to remind us of our origin - that we are not autonomous but interconnected to the ocean. If it is harmed, we are harmed.

Industrial Poets
The languages had come to an end, but not the sounds of them. The words had lost their meaning during the great acceleration. From everyones mouth came phonetics, noise more disorienting than darkness or fog. So familiar, yet without any relevance! We lived in interregnum - a time of no more and not yet. Some left in the end and so did we. We arrived in nowhere, a gap between all somewhere’s. A narrow little land seemingly abandoned. Full of signs without demands or claims. Devoid of soil yet overgrown. With bridges going, not from here to there, but in a circulair course. A different ontology.
